Grzegorz Mura

Head of the Procedural and Commercial Law Department.

He conducts complex court proceedings, showing an extensive knowledge of the procedural law, approaching each case as a challenge. He permanently cooperates with large business entities in public procurement proceedings. He took part in such proceedings concerning the key sectors of the economy, i.e. transport infrastructure including road, rail and air infrastructure. His experience also includes acting as an arbitrator and observer to the President of the Public Procurement Office.

He successfully assists business entities in investment proceedings on public and private markets. He is an author of innovative development contracts with a closed escrow account. The entities assisted by him constitute a group of significant representatives of their branches of economy.

In the past, as a bankruptcy administrator and compulsory administrator he took part in numerous projects aimed at the restructuring of debt and property changes in ownership.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice, he also completed a several years of post-graduate studies in real estate management. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Katowice.
