Procedural and Commercial Law Department

The Department consists of highly qualified lawyers, who have conducted hundreds of cases before common courts of all instances and the Supreme Court.

Moreover, within the Department, the Firm handles public commercial law cases. We advise entrepreneurs in the area of the Constitution for Business, in particular the Law of Entrepreneurs.  Furthermore, we provide assistance in KRS and CEIDG registration proceedings. Clients of the Firm are advised on matters concerning competition and consumers, in particular proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and consumer advocates. We also provide services in the area of public-private partnership.
