Wojciech Michalec

Head of the Public Procurement Law Department.

As part of his work in the Firm, he advises business entities on public procurement law, which is his specialisation. His service focuses on the process of awarding a contract and of its execution, in particular when carrying out construction investments.

Furthermore, he provides complex and conscientious service to entrepreneurs in the area of commercial law. He also renders advice on cases concerning State Treasury entities.

A lecturer of the Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

A graduate of law on the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He has also graduated in Art History from the Faculty of History of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Katowice.
