Piotr Godecki

Head of the Labour and Social Security Law Department.

Specialises in labour law, commercial law, administrative law and contract law. He also has a deep understanding of criminal law and personal data protection law.

He organises and conducts practical training events in labour law. He puts his experience in labour law litigation to advise employers and heads of HR departments.

Within the Firm, he also deals with cases regarding construction law. For years he has been rendering complex legal advice concerning building investments, from the stage of negotiating the terms of the contract to the ongoing legal service throughout the period of their performance.

His knowledge and skills acquired whilst conducting multiple court and debt recovery  proceedings allows him to create solutions suited to the individual needs and expectations of the client. He successfully represents clients before common and administrative courts as well as administrative authorities in the broadly understood civil, commercial and administrative cases.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Opole.
