He handles matters in the broadly understood areas of civil, commercial, administrative and public procurement law. He participates in complex civil law proceedings and provides support to the Law Firm’s clients in administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings.

His professional practice also covers legal assistance to contractors and contracting authorities in procurement proceedings, including the analysis and preparation of documents related to the performance of contracts under the public procurement regime.

He holds a special interest in commercial law and administrative proceedings, with particular emphasis on the issue of control of entrepreneurs.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. His master’s thesis in Public Commercial Law concerned the liability of the State Treasury for the use of evidence conducted in violation of the law in control proceedings.
