Marta Gazda

Marta Gazda specialises in labour law, public procurement law and civil law. She conducts legal services for entrepreneurs operating in the electrical, road and mining industries.

As part of her professional services, she represents clients at all stages of court proceedings, supports clients in tender procedures, including representation before the National Appeal Chamber, and provides legal advice related to ongoing legal services, in particular in the field of construction investments and employee matters regulated by service regulations.

For several years, she carried out litigation services for one of the largest insurance companies in Poland.

Her long-standing experience in the Law Firm enables her to resolve clients’ legal problems quickly and efficiently.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, she is registered as a legal adviser with the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.
