Szymon Ryszka

At the Firm, he focuses primarily on civil law matters, including debt recovery, bankruptcy law, and banking law.  

He has a strong interest in procedural law, particularly civil and administrative proceedings.  

At JKM i Partnerzy, he is preparing to practise as an attorney-at-law and is developing his skills across various areas of law, especially commercial and business law.  

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.  

His master’s thesis addressed the issue of defining a set of evidentiary principles in general administrative proceedings, proposing a new classification of rules deemed to “aspire to the status of evidentiary principles.”  

The analysis included a comparative perspective, referring to civil procedure and elements of criminal proceedings.  

During his studies, he was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for the Best Students.  

Privately, he is interested in the English language and holds an advanced-level English proficiency certificate issued by the Foreign Languages Learning Centre of the University of Silesia.
