Dorota Seweryn-Górniak

At the Firm, she heads the Consumer Bankruptcy Team and has successfully handled dozens of bankruptcy cases for clients. 

She has many years of experience providing legal services to business entities. She specializes in bankruptcy proceedings, representing the Firm’s clients before trustees, and providing legal services to both corporate and individual clients. 

She has extensive experience working in an international environment. Between 2011 and 2012, she participated in a student exchange under the LLP Erasmus programme at the University of Sophia Antipolis in Nice. In 2012–2013, she was awarded a scholarship by the French government for foreign students, under which she completed postgraduate studies in “Law and Management in the Energy Sector” at the National Institute for Nuclear Science and Technology in Saclay, France. She also completed internships at European institutions, including the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission and the European Parliament. She is fluent in French and English. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Since 2019, she has been practising as an attorney-at-law and is listed with the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice.
