Sebastian Kopyć

Sebastian Kopyć at JKM and Partners Law Firm attends to the ongoing legal assistance of business entities in matters of civil law, with a particular focus on commercial cases. 

Lawyer in the Department of Procedural and Commercial Law and the Department of Public Procurement Law.

His professional practice covers public procurement law, both in relation to the awarding process and the performance of public contracts. 

He is currently a trainee legal advisor at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. 

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. His master’s thesis in Private International Law was titled “Overriding Mandatory Provisions in Private International Law – Contemporary Challenges.” During his studies, he was an active member of the Student Legal Clinic.
