Has many years of professional experience in advising business entities, including those from the cooperative banking sector, which he uses in the Firm as an advisor to banks and credit institutions.
He has an extensive experience in conducting debt recovery cases.
A specialist in the field of compliance of cooperative banking, with experience gained during employment in a bank as a compliance risk specialist since 2014. His solutions are based on the security of the client and the proper protection of his interests.
He specialises in commercial law, banking law, civil law, labour law, tax law and administrative law. Therefore, he is well informed not only about the potential risks to the interests of the clients, but also in the benefits that he may provide to his clients.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Katowice.
